Dr Nogier began to take his patients' pulse while examining their ears and he demonstrated variations of the pulse when he touched different zones of the ear (pulse later called VAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extending his research on the pulse, he tested many forms of stimulation (magnets, colors, various substances, etc.), and showed that the body is sensitive to 7 laser frequencies. Later on, Dr. Nogier et Dr. Frank Bahr showed that the ear has a so-called Somatotopy, meaning that the whole person is represented on the ear, including anatomical, psychic and functional points.
