My interest in acupuncture gradually evolved after I graduated in veterinary medicine university studies in Romania and after 8 years of pre-clinical and clinical studies at McGill University Health Center.
The previous experience allowed me to have a global vision on health and to understand the importance of a holistic therapeutic approach.
I started my clinical practice in acupuncture in 2013 after I graduated the acupuncture program at Rosemont College at Montreal.
In 2013, I have followed the clinical rotation in obstetrical acupuncture at LaSalle Hospital followed by several courses of continued education in gynecological acupuncture from puberty to menopause founded and run by Mr. Jean Levesque.
In 2013, I started my clinical practice in Auriculomedicine with the clinical applications of Dr. Nogier’s methods of diagnosis, followed by the applications of VAS in the acupuncture practice run by Dr. Massimo di Villadorata.
In 2014, I was trained in “Treating babies and children with Acupuncture and Dietary Advise” by Dr. Julien Scott.
Between 2016-2017, I have developed my clinical skills with methods of pain management: microcurrents, tens and electroacupuncture.
Between 2019-2020, I have improved my methods of treatment by the courses of Laser therapy and its clinical application (VAS, Nogier’s frequencies and Bahr’s frequencies).
From 2019 to present day, I have been a part of the program German Auricular Medicine Advanced Methods by Dr. Frank Bahr.
Last but not least the acupuncturist and the methods of treatment of the Alternative Medicine Center Amelia Pacili are all dedicated to the patients looking for a unique and personalized approach of treatment for a better health.
